Pokemon HGSS: What are all the bonuses you can get after beating story mode?

Question by Shrew: Pokemon HGSS: What are all the bonuses you can get after beating story mode?
After defeating Red, I’ve been focused on the Battle Frontier all this time. However, I know that after beating Red there are some bonuses:

(1)You can get a kanto starter from ???
(2) You can get a hoenn starter at Silph Co.
(3) You can get GB Sounds from ???
(4) Something to do with Hoenn Sound…?
(5) A bunch of event stuff involving the event pokemon I’ve accumulated, such as Shinto Ruins and ???

Could you please fill in all the question marks that I’m confused about, along with anything else that I missed? Thanks in advanced!

1. You can get the Kanto starter from Professor Oak, speak to him in his lab @ Pallet Town.

2. Go to Silph Co. in Saffron City, Kanto, to receive the Hoenn starter from Steven Stone (guy with the white hair). He will not ask you the question directly, instead he will ask you to choose a color.
Green = Treecko
Red = Torchic
Blue = Mudkip
(detail not so many people know about: you can also change Rotom’s forme @ Silph Co., if you have one)

3. The GB Sounds are in Celadon City. Go to the tall building “Celadon Condominiums”. In floor 3, the member of Game Freak standing in front of the globe gives the player a GB Sounds.

4. Do you remember that PokéGear channel with Pokemon March and Lullaby you once tried but never really used? That same guy now also has Hoenn Sounds on Wednesday and Sinnoh Sound on Thursday. Listening to it may attract Pokemon from those regions. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Hoenn_Sound#Hoenn_Sound

5.
– Get the Red or Blue Orb from Mr. Pokemon after receiving your Kanto starter. Go to Route 47 with it, you will have access to Embedded Tower through Rock Climb.
– If you have both Kyogre and Groudon (need to be obtained in HGSS), you need to show them to professor Oak. He will give you the Jade Orb, that will allow you to catch Rayquaza.
– Sinjoh Ruins requires the event Arceus.
“The only way to access the Sinjoh Ruins is by bringing an Arceus from a Nintendo event or the Hall of Origin to the Ruins of Alph. The event is triggered by having Arceus as player’s walking Pokémon and attempting to enter the Ruins Research Center.”

– There was something with a battle with Giovanni and catching Celebi too …
“Giovanni hides out in Tohjo Falls, at least part of the time, during the three-year interim between Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen and Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, and hears Team Rocket’s cries to him from the Radio Tower when they take over. He can be battled through a special Nintendo event, in which a Celebi takes the player back in time. The battle takes place at the same time that Team Rocket re-disbands at the Goldenrod Radio Tower.”

6. Go to the SS Aqua and take a ride with it every day, the captain will give you a type boosting Plate and nuggets once you have all the plates.

7. Collect all the phone numbers and battle the gym-leaders: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Rematch

8. Several in-game trades are available: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/In-game_trade

9. Pokéathlon prizes have been updated

10. Bug-catching Contest prizes have been updated (random evolution stone)

11. It’s a good idea to go through every available place again, to get items you couldn’t reach before. Do a big item check by typing ‘item’ the Bulbapedia search engine. Then go through all items listed there and see if you have acquired the special ones.

12. Keep an eye out for swarms. Listen to professor Oak and Mary’s PokéGear station to hear about them. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Swarms

13. Several Headbutt trees will drop Pokemon like Starly, Taillow, Slakoth, Burmy, Cherubi, Combee, Seedot, Wurmple and Shroomish. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Headbutt_%28move%29

14. All stationary Pokemon that you’ve defeated (not captured) will respawn after beating the Elite Four. That includes legendaries and roamers.

I think that was it…
